Return/Exchange

Unopened Package:

The package will be picked from your address, and an investigation will be done. Upon approval, Sharaf DG Gift Vouchers will be shared on your email ID.

Opened Package:

The package will be picked from your address, and an investigation will be done. Upon approval, Sharaf DG Gift Vouchers with a deducted amount of re-stocking fee will be shared on your email ID.

Defective Product:

The package will be picked from your address, and an investigation will be done. Upon approval, Sharaf DG Gift Vouchers will be shared on your email ID. In case the product is found non-defective, it will be delivered back to your address.

Warranty

If your product is under warranty period, call us on 800344357 or email us at support@sharafdg.com with your product concern, phone number and address. We will pick the product and serve you with the warranty assistance & update you post repair service.

In cases where onsite inspection is needed, please call us on 800344357 or email us at onsiteservice@sharafdg.com and we will arrange a visit at your given address. If needed, the product will be taken by us to the repair centre & you will be updated post the repair service.
