• Discount Offer:
• Trade in your old smartphone and receive an assured minimum discount of AED 750 (AED 500 Trade-in Top-up + AED 250 Old Device Value).
• Trade-in Later Option: Customers can choose to trade in their device after the purchase.
• Minimum Purchase Amount:
• No minimum purchase is required to avail this promotion.
• Maximum Discount Amount:
• The maximum trade-in top-up is AED 500.
• Exclusions:
• No exclusions – All smartphones, including Apple devices, are eligible for trade-in.
• Bank Discount + Trade-in Top-up + Loyalty Discount cannot be combined.
• Eligible Payment Methods:
• All payment methods are accepted for the Trade-in Top-up promotion.
• For the Trade-in Later offer, only credit card holders are eligible.
• Promotion Conditions:
• The old device must be in working condition and valued at more than AED 250.
• Trade-in top-ups for existing brands can be combined with the AED 500 Trade-in Top-up.
• Only one of the following discount combinations is allowed:
• Bank Discount + Trade-in Top-up, OR
• Loyalty Discount + Trade-in Top-up
• The Trade-in Later offer is available exclusively for credit card holders.
• Customers who opt for Trade-in Later can trade in their old device from home after purchasing at Sharaf DG.
• The trade-in amount will be included in the purchase, and a temporary block will be placed on the customer’s credit card. The block will be released once the old device is submitted to the North Ladder executive.
• The old device must be handed over to the home/office pickup agent within 7 days of the transaction. Failure to comply will result in the blocked amount being charged to the customer’s account.
• A final assessment of the device will be conducted at the time of pickup. Any additional damages found after the store trade-in request may result in a deduction from the authorized amount.
• Return Policy:
• Sharaf DG’s standard return policy applies.
• Availability:
• The offer is available exclusively at Sharaf DG Deira City Center, IBN Battuta China, Egypt & Persia Court.
• The Trade-in Later offer is available only in-store.
