  • Promotion Overview
  • Trade in your old device and receive up to AED 3,500 in value when purchasing selected large home appliances or televisions from Sharaf DG.
  • Eligibility & Participation
  • Maximum Buyback Value: Up to AED 3,500 per transaction.
  • Applicable Channels: Available in-store only at Sharaf DG outlets.
  • Eligible Products: Promotion applies exclusively to large home appliances and televisions sold by Sharaf DG.
  • Eligible Brands: Samsung, Philips, Hisense, Sony, LG, TCL, Hitachi, Siemens, Bosch, Super General, Electrolux, Panasonic, and Candy.
  • Single Use: Each customer is eligible for one buyback redemption per qualifying purchase.
  • Buyback Process (In-Store)
  • 1. Scan the QR Code displayed across the store.
  • 2. Fill in the required details on the linked form/page.
  • 3. A QR code with the buyback value will be generated.
  • 4. Present the QR code at the Tech Bench to get it printed.
  • 5. Submit the printed document to the cashier during billing.
  • 6. The cashier will apply the discount using the AR code specific to the Home Appliances & TV Buyback Program.
  • 7. The DG Help team will visit the customer’s location to collect and approve the old device via internal process.
  • 8. While requesting a quote via the app, customers must enter their debit/credit card details, which will be temporarily blocked for the quoted amount until pickup is completed (typically the next day).
  • Important Notes
  • Buyback is applicable only for Warehouse Delivery transactions.
  • The old device must be handed over at the time of installation of the new unit (same day).
  • Buyback is valid only on selected SKUs in the Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) and Television categories.
  • Customers must first purchase a qualifying new product to be eligible for buyback.

  • Sharaf DG reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

    ● Promotion: Buy a new TV/Appliance in exchange of an old TV/ Appliance in working/non-working condition & get flat discount (up to AED 2000) as per the slab.

    ● Order will be delivered and installed within 24 hours.

    ● Offer applicable on select products from Televisions, Cookers, Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, Freezers & Dishwashers.

    ● Choose the voucher code applicable on your chosen exchange item and enter at checkout.

    ● For appliances, you can return any mentioned product type & purchase from the offered group of offers.

    ● At the time of delivery, the exchange TV/Appliance will be collected.

    ● In case there is a discrepancy in the discount voucher amount due to incorrect selection at the time of order, customer will be requested to cancel and place the order again at the time of delivery with correct voucher.

    ● In case the old item for exchange doesn't meet the criteria, the customer will be requested to cancel the order and reorder without the coupon code.

    ● Offer is applicable on products sold by seller Sharaf DG.
