Eligibility

• Buy a Laptop and M365 (1-year subscription SKU) in the same invoice to qualify for a Golden or Silver Ticket.

Exclusions

• Standalone purchases of M365 are not eligible.
• Any M365 subscription other than Personal or Family is excluded.
• Vouchers/tickets cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer during the campaign period.

Eligible Payment Methods

• All modes of payment are accepted.
• The promotion is applicable for one-time use only.

Promotion Conditions

• The promotion is valid from May 01, 2026, to May 31, 2026.
• The promotion applies to all invoices containing both a Desktop/Notebook and M365 Personal/Family subscription.
• The promotion is available both in-store and online.
• A floppy-shaped envelope will be provided with all qualifying invoices.
• For in-store purchases, the envelope will be issued by the cashier.
• For online purchases, the envelope will be issued from the warehouse upon delivery of the order.
• The coin/ticket must be collected no later than May 31, 2026.
• In-store Gold coin winners must collect their Gold coin from the same store where the Laptop and M365 purchase was made.
• Emirates ID or Passport must be presented when redeeming the voucher/ticket in-store.
• Golden Tickets are non-transferable.
• Silver Tickets may be transferred at the customer’s discretion.
• In case of delayed redemption, the customer must present their Emirates ID and original invoice.
• Lost tickets will not be reissued.

Combining Offers

• All other bank and loyalty card offers can be combined with this promotion.

Return Policy

• In case of a return, the customer must return the Silver/Golden Ticket issued at the time of billing.
• If the Silver Ticket has already been utilized, AED 50 will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For all Gold coins issued to customers, the standard equivalent value of 1 gram of gold will be deducted from the refund amount.

Offer Applicable On

• Purchase of M365 with any Laptop to stand a chance to win a Silver or Golden Ticket.

Additional Terms

• The promotion is available both in-store and online from May 01, 2026, to May 31, 2026.
• This offer may be terminated or modified without prior notice.
• Tickets will only be issued when both M365 and Desktop/Notebook products are included in the same invoice.
• Only one Silver or Golden Ticket can be issued per qualifying invoice per customer during the offer period.
