- Promotion Duration: Valid from December 6, 2024, to February 2, 2025.
- Promotion Overview: Exchange your old Printer, Tablet, or Monitor (working or non-working) and get an assured AED 100 discount on a new device.
- Key Features of the Promotion
- Maximum Discount Amount: Receive AED 100 discount for each eligible device traded in.
- Exclusions:
- Devices with cracks, breaks, or physical damage are not accepted.
- The promotion excludes Apple tablets (iPads).
- Buyback vouchers:
- Cannot be used for products not included in the promotion.
- Are non-exchangeable for cash or Sharaf DG gift cards.
- Will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per device per customer during the promotion.
- Combining multiple offers during the campaign is not allowed.
- Eligible Payment Methods: All payment methods are accepted.
- The promotion is valid for one-time use only.
- Promotion Conditions:
- Applicable Devices: Android Tablets, Printers, and Monitors only.
- Availability: Promotion applies in-store and online.
- Buyback Value for Online Purchases: AED 100 will be added as a trade-in top-up for online transactions, regardless of the device’s trade-in value.
- Documentation: Emirates ID must be presented for in-store voucher redemption.
- Voucher Validity: Vouchers are valid until January 19, 2025.
- In-store Redemption: AED 100 top-up is issued by the tech bench team.
- Transferability: Vouchers can be transferred but will not be reissued if lost.
- Combining Offers:
- No two offers can be combined during the campaign period.
- Buyback vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with:
- Other vouchers for new laptop purchases.
- FOC (Free of Cost) promotions, bank promotions, or any other discounts, both online and in-store.
- Return Policy: In the event of a return, only the invoice value (after applying the AED 100 discount) will be refunded.
- Offer Applicability:
- Printers and Monitors: AED 500 and above.
- Tablets: AED 700 and above.
- Additional Terms:
- Promotion applies both in-store and online from December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025.
- Sharaf DG reserves the right to terminate the offer without prior notice.
- Vouchers:
- Are issued upon acceptance of the old device in Sharaf DG stores.
- Can only be used to purchase Printers, Monitors, or Android Tablets.
- Redemption Limits: One voucher per device per customer during the promotion.
- Old Unit Collection:
- In-store: Old units will be verified and accepted by the tech bench team.
- Online: The old unit needs to be handed over during the delivery of the new unit.
- Standard Sharaf DG terms and conditions apply.
