- Trade in any working or non-working Monitor and receive an assured AED 100 discount on a new device.
- Exclusions
- Devices that are cracked, broken, or physically damaged will not be accepted.
- Buyback vouchers:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or Sharaf DG gift cards.
- Cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
- Are valid only for products mentioned in this promotion.
- Only one buyback voucher per qualifying device per customer during the offer period.
- Offers can be combined during the campaign period.
- Eligible Payment Methods
- All payment modes are accepted.
- Promotion is applicable for one-time use only.
- Promotion Conditions
- Valid from December 26, 2025 tJanuary 16, 2026.
- Applicable on Monitors only.
- Available in-store and online.
- For online purchases, a buyback top-up of AED 100 will be applied without any trade-in value.
- Emirates ID must be presented when redeeming the voucher in-store.
- Buyback vouchers are valid until January 23, 2026.
- In-store top-up (AED 100) will be provided by the tech bench team.
- Coupons can be transferred at customer’s discretion.
- Lost coupons will not be reissued.
- Combining Offers
- Offers can be combined during the campaign period.
- Buyback vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers for purchasing new devices.
- The Buyback Promotion cannot be combined with FOC promotions, bank promotions, or any other offers.
- The Buyback Promotion or voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion online or in-store.
- Return Policy
- In case of a return, only the invoice value (after AED 100 discount) will be refunded.

- Offer may be terminated without prior notice.
- Buyback vouchers will be issued upon acceptance of the old device in Sharaf DG stores.
