- Valid from 22nd May’26 to 27th May’26
- Pre order can be availed across all the Sharaf DG stores and SDG online
- No pre-orders will be accepted outside these dates.

Pre-Order Fee
- A pre-order fee of AED 499 must be paid upfront at the time of placing the order (Instore only).
- For online customer must pay full payment for the booking.
- This fee will be adjusted against the final purchase price of the mobile.
- The remaining balance is payable at the time of collection for product as per the RSP.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash & Non-Cash.
Customer Communication
- Stock will be available for collection in stores from 28th May’2026 6 PM onwards.
- Any orders received online will be fulfilled by SDG platform fulfilment team from 28th May’2026 6 PM onwards.
- Pre-orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability.
- Customers can collect their unit only from the store where the pre-order was placed.
- The soft copy of pre-order receipt must be presented at the time of collection.
- Full balance payment is mandatory at the time of final invoicing and product pick-up.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel the pre-order any time prior to final invoicing.
- Full refund of AED 499 will be processed in the original mode of payment.
Return Policy
- Sharaf DG’s standard return policy applies.
- Only sealed/unopened units are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.
- Product with manufacturing defect or Dead on Arrival will be eligible for exchange post technician confirms.
- All cases will be governed by Sharaf DG standard return policy.
