Participation Requirements

Reward Claim & Delivery

• Visit Customer Care Desk to claim your reward
• After activation, speaker handed over and voucher sent digitally
• Retain speaker packaging for 7 days in case of returns

In-store: Eligibility confirmed during billing using invoice

Mandatory Yango Play Activation

1. Install the Yango Play app

3. Sign up with your email ID
4. Enter credit card details (trial only, no charge)
5. Confirm subscription and log in
6. Sharaf DG agent to verify activation

Smart Speaker Activation

The Yasmina Smart Speaker must be activated within 15 days of receipt.

Forfeiture Conditions

• Cannot verify purchase
• Fail to activate Yango Play
• Return/refund of qualifying purchase

Returns Policy

Customers must return the speaker if the main purchase is refunded. Keep packaging for 7 days.
