Return Policy: In case of a return, the customer will only get the final net invoice value refunded.

Additional Terms:
– Customers must present their Student ID/Teacher ID and Emirates ID at the time of delivery for scanning.
– Orders and invoicing should be done in the student’s/teacher’s name.

– Upon validation of documents, our courier team will process your order at the time of delivery. If any further documentation is required, our team will contact you via mail/SMS. In such cases, delivery will be done post successful verification.
