Terms and conditions

• All the participants should be 15 years of age and above.
• All the participants need to be present at all the events under Gaming Gala.
• Being on time is imperative and the team will get disqualified if late for any of the events.
• Substitute cannot be changed on the spot. Only registered members will be able to participate.
• All the game rules and guidelines need to be adhered to. Any non-adherence or misbehavior will lead to disqualification.
• Sharaf DG and Uprizing will have the final say on suspension or termination of the event and/or participants without prior notice.
• All Ramadan guidelines to be followed. Failure to do the same can lead to disqualification and/or legal action.
• In the event of winning a qualifying tournament and/or the entire event, recordings of the game, sound recordings, photographs, and films ("recordings") may be taken.
• Standard Sharaf DG and Gaming Gala Terms and Conditions apply.
• In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the special tournament rules ("Rules") and other conditions for the tournament apply.
