Instant Discounts on Electronics and HA (up to AED 1,000)
Offer period: 9 October 2026 to 1 November 2026
How it works
Customers who buy eligible products with a qualifying net invoice value of AED 2,499 or more (inclusive of VAT) receive a fixed instant discount of up to AED 1,000, based on the tiers below.
Available in the UAE, in store and online at uae.sharafdg.com.

Eligibility
1. Eligible categories: Electronics, Electronics Accessories, Major Domestic Appliances (MDA), Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), Personal Care, Health Care and Home Appliance Accessories.
2. Eligible brands: Samsung, LG, TCL, Sony, JBL, Harman Kardon, Bose, Hisense, Bosch, Electrolux, Siemens, Super General, Panasonic, Hitachi, Beko, Braun, Hoover, Babyliss, De’Longhi, Philips, Bertazzoni and Dyson.
3. On mixed invoices, only eligible-brand items count toward the discount tier. The discount is calculated on the net value of those items only.
4. Invoices with an eligible-brand value below AED 2,499 (inclusive of VAT) are not eligible for any discount under this offer.
5. Refurbished, open-box and clearance stock is excluded.
6. The offer is valid on available stock only, while stocks last.
Single invoice and no splitting
7. The offer applies to a single invoice per customer only.
8. Splitting a purchase across multiple invoices to reach a higher discount tier is not permitted. Where Sharaf DG identifies a split purchase, it may refuse the discount or reverse any discount already applied.
Combining offers
9. This offer cannot be combined with Esaad/Fazaa/DG Member offers, the Built-In offer, Buyback offers, card-based promotions, price match support or any other Instant Discount offers.
Loyalty points
10. Loyalty/DG Card points accrue on the net (discounted) invoice value, not the pre-discount value.
Returns and exchanges
11. The standard Sharaf DG return and exchange policy applies.
12. If an item is returned or exchanged and the invoice falls into a lower discount tier, or below AED 2,499, the discount will be recalculated or reversed accordingly.
General
13. The offer is valid from 9 October 2026 to 1 November 2026, while stocks last.
14. Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this offer, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
15. Sharaf DG’s decision on all matters relating to this offer is final.
Daily and Weekly Winners, Electronics and Home Appliances above AED 1,000
Offer period: 9 October 2026 to 1 November 2026
How it works
1. Customers who buy eligible products with a single net invoice value of AED 1,000 or more (inclusive of VAT) are automatically entered for a chance to win.
2. Each eligible invoice counts as one entry.
3. In-store: winners are announced instantly at the time of billing.
4. Online: winners are contacted by email within 7 working days.
5. Available at all Sharaf DG stores in the UAE and online at sharafdg.com.
Prizes
Lucky winner: 1 lucky winner will win 1 unit of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 (256 GB).
Daily winners: 1 winner per day on weekdays and 2 winners per day on weekends. Daily winners receive a prize such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, audio headset, vacuum cleaner, Dyson hair styler or another product.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or gift vouchers, and are non-transferable.
Eligibility

8. The minimum qualifying value is AED 1,000 in a single net invoice, meaning after discounts and inclusive of VAT. Invoices below AED 1,000 are not eligible.
9. Refurbished, open-box and clearance stock is excluded and does not count toward the qualifying invoice value.
10. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
11. Winners must present a valid Emirates ID to claim the prize.
12. Sharaf DG employees are not eligible to participate.
Winner selection and claim
13. If a winner cannot be reached, the prize will be awarded to the next winner.
Returns and exchanges
14. The standard Sharaf DG return and exchange policy applies.
15. If an item is returned or exchanged and the invoice value falls below AED 1,000, the invoice is no longer eligible for the offer.
16. If the winning invoice is returned, the win is cancelled and the winner must return the prize to Sharaf DG.
Combining offers
17. This offer can be combined with all other Sharaf DG offers.
General

How it works
Purchase any eligible Electronics (TV/Audio) or Home Appliance (MDA/SDA/PC) with a net invoice value of AED 15,000 or more, and choose one gift unit worth up to AED 500.

Eligibility
1. Minimum spend: AED 15,000 in a single net invoice.
2. Eligible categories: Electronics (TV/Audio) and Home Appliances (MDA/SDA/PC).
3. Eligible purchase brands: Samsung, LG, TCL, Sony, JBL, Harman Kardon, Bose, Hisense, Bosch, Electrolux, Siemens, Super General, Panasonic, Hitachi, Beko, Braun, Hoover, Babyliss, De’Longhi, Philips, Bertazzoni and Dyson.
4. Limit: one gift per qualifying invoice.
Gift conditions
5. The gift must be one unit from the SDA/PC range.
6. Eligible gift brands: Samsung, LG, Hisense, Philips, Bosch, Electrolux, Siemens, Super General, Panasonic, Hitachi, Beko, Babyliss, De’Longhi and Kenwood.
7. If the chosen gift is worth more than AED 500, the customer pays the difference.
8. If the chosen gift is worth less than AED 500, the difference is not refundable in cash, other products or gift vouchers.
9. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
Returns
10. If a customer returns part or all of the invoice, the standard Sharaf DG return policy applies and the gift must be returned with the unit.
11. If the gift has been opened, the standard restocking fee applies.
General
12. Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this offer without prior notice.
Buyback, additional AED 500 trade-in top-up on Freestanding Appliances and TVs
Offer period: 9 October 2026 to 1 November 2026
How it works
Customers who trade in an eligible old appliance or TV while purchasing a qualifying new product receive an additional AED 500 top-up on top of the existing exchange value.
Available at all Sharaf DG stores in the UAE and online at sharafdg.com.
Eligibility
1. The offer applies to the purchase of new products in the following categories only: Televisions and freestanding Major Domestic Appliances (MDA).
2. The top-up applies only when the new product purchased is one of the following:
• Television 85 inches and above
• Refrigerator 750 litres and above
• Washing machine front load 11 kg and above
3. Eligible brands: Samsung, LG, TCL, Sony, Hisense, Bosch, Electrolux, Siemens, Super General, Panasonic, Hitachi, Beko, Hoover and Bertazzoni.
4. The new product must be a freestanding appliance. Built-in appliances are not eligible.
5. The AED 500 top-up is added to the standard exchange value assessed for the traded-in item. It does not replace it.
6. The AED 500 top-up applies once per eligible new product purchased, with one trade-in per product.
Trade-in process
7. The trade-in is processed by Sharaf DG. Customers must follow the trade-in process in store or through the Northladder trade-in portal.
8. The final exchange value is assessed by Sharaf DG and depends on the condition of the traded-in item.
Exclusions and combining offers
9. This offer cannot be combined with Esaad/Fazaa offers, Instant Discount offers or Built-in Slab offers.
10. The top-up has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or gift vouchers.
Returns
11. The standard Sharaf DG return and exchange policy applies to the new product purchased.
12. If the new product is returned within 7 days of purchase (DOA), the AED 500 top-up will be reversed, and Sharaf DG will return the traded-in product to the customer.
13. After 7 days, issues with the product are treated as service issues and are not covered under the return policy. Any return accepted after this period is subject to the standard Sharaf DG restocking fee and terms. The trade-in value and the AED 500 top-up will be reversed in full, as they are treated as a discount on the purchase.
General
14. The offer is valid from 9 October 2026 to 1 November 2026, while the offer lasts.

Buy any TV and get up to 25% off a JBL soundbar

How it works
Customers who buy any TV from Sharaf DG can get up to 25% off any JBL soundbar.
The TV and the JBL soundbar must be bought on the same invoice.
Eligibility
1. The offer is valid on the purchase of any TV from Sharaf DG.
2. The discount applies to all JBL soundbar models. The discount percentage may vary by model, up to a maximum of 25%.
3. The TV and the JBL soundbar must be purchased on the same invoice.
4. One discounted JBL soundbar can be purchased with each eligible TV. For example, two TVs on one invoice qualify for up to two discounted soundbars.
5. The offer is subject to stock availability.
Combining offers
6. The soundbar discount under this offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, corporate discount, Fazaa, Esaad, Buyback or any additional or instant discount on the soundbar. The customer receives either this offer or an instant discount on the soundbar, not both.
7. Other offers valid on the TV itself may apply, subject to the terms of those offers.
Returns and exchanges
8. The standard Sharaf DG return and exchange policy applies.
9. If the TV is returned, the JBL soundbar must also be returned. Alternatively, the customer may keep the soundbar, and the soundbar discount will be deducted from the refund amount (the soundbar is then charged at its regular price).
10. If only the soundbar is returned, the standard return policy applies to the soundbar.
General
11. The offer is valid from 9 October 2026 to 1 November 2026, while the offer lasts.

General Terms (applicable to all offers)
1. These offers are available to customers in the UAE only and apply to purchases made during the stated offer periods.
2. All prices and values stated are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Offers apply to retail customers purchasing for personal use. Purchases by resellers, traders or for commercial resale are not eligible.
4. Offers are subject to product availability. Sharaf DG does not guarantee that any product will remain available throughout the offer period.
5. Product images, colours, specifications and models shown in promotional material are for illustration only and may differ from the actual product or prize.
6. Where an offer is stated to be available in store only, online only, or at specific channels, it cannot be claimed through any other channel.
7. Customers are responsible for checking that a product is eligible before purchase. Eligibility is determined by the product’s category, brand and stock status at the time of billing.
8. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to invoices already issued before the offer period or before the customer claimed the offer.
9. Offers are limited to the quantities, tiers and conditions stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
10. Where more than one Home Fest offer is stated as eligible for the same invoice, the conditions of each offer apply separately. Where an offer states that it cannot be combined with another, that restriction prevails.
11. Sharaf DG may refuse, cancel or reverse any offer, discount, gift, prize or entry where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, abuse of the offer, pricing or system error, or breach of these terms. It may also request proof of identity or proof of purchase.
12. Sharaf DG may correct any obvious error (for example, a pricing, system or printing error) in an offer and is not liable for any resulting loss to the customer.
13. Sharaf DG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in these offers, except where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law.
14. By participating, customers confirm that they accept these terms. Where an offer involves a draw, the customer also consents to Sharaf DG using their registered contact details to contact them about the draw.
15. All offers valid on Sold by Sharaf DG (for Online).
16. Personal data is collected and used in accordance with the Sharaf DG privacy policy and applicable UAE data protection law.
17. In case of any conflict between these General Terms and the terms of a specific offer, the terms of the specific offer prevail.
18. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
19. In case of any difference between the English and any translated version of these terms, the English version prevails
