After examining the device, technician will confirm the total costs for repair or replacement. In some cases, a repair might be covered by the Apple warrantyfor which we will call and inform the customer.In case of display replacement the repair pricing applies only to screen damage. If there is any other damage to the iPhone, there is an additional cost.If the iPhone has any damage that impairs the replacement of the battery, such as a cracked screen, that issue will need to be resolved prior to the battery replacement. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the repair.Device will be tested to see if it has a battery issue or a different power issue. If the device has a non-battery power issue, we'll give you the repair price after we determine the cause. Incase of replacement of Apple Devices, the replacement unit will be without the box and the accessories with same specifications except the country version. All replaced units will be UAE Version.For in warranty Devices, the warranty policy will be transferred to the new device. For out of warranty, the device will have 90 days of extended Apple limited warranty.Screen Protector and stickers will be remove during inspection.If under activation policy, the same policies shall be transferred to the replaced unit as well.Refund Policy:In the event of repair rejection from customer’s end after the diagnosis of the device, a full refund of the amount will be made. Refund will be credited to customer’s account within 8 to 10 working days.For out of warranty devices, Quotation rejection charges of AED 105 inclusive of 5% VAT will be applicable for inspection done.All software and data are of customer's responsibility. customer is suggested to backup all the data before submitting for repair.
