Offer 1: Instant Discount on Electronics and Home Appliances (up to AED 2,000)
Offer period: 30 October 2026 to 8 November 2026 (both dates inclusive)
How it works
Customers who purchase eligible products with a qualifying net invoice value of AED 2,000 or more, inclusive of VAT, receive an instant discount of 5%, 7% or 9% on that value, based on the tiers below. The maximum discount is AED 2,000 per customer for the whole offer period, across all tiers.
The discount is applied at the time of billing, in-store and at online checkout.
Available in the UAE, in-store and online at uae.sharafdg.com.
Discount structure
The discount is calculated on the net invoice value of eligible items, inclusive of VAT. Net invoice value means the value of the eligible items after any price reductions and before this discount is applied.

The AED 2,000 cap applies to all tiers. At 9%, the cap is reached at a net invoice value of about AED 22,222.
Eligibility
Eligible categories: Electronics (TV and Audio), Electronics Accessories, Major Domestic Appliances (MDA), Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), Personal Care and Health Care. Eligible home appliances include freestanding and built-in products, subject to the exclusions below.
Eligible brands: Samsung, LG, TCL, Sony, JBL, Harman Kardon, Bose, Hisense, Bosch, Electrolux, Siemens, Super General, Panasonic, Hitachi, Beko, Braun, Hoover, BaByliss, De’Longhi, Bertazzoni and Philips.
Dyson products in SDA and Personal Care, and Hisense TV and Audio products, are excluded from this offer. Separate offers may apply to these products.
On mixed invoices, only eligible products count towards the discount tier, and the discount is calculated on the net value of those eligible items only. Gift cards, vouchers, extended warranties, delivery and installation charges, and other services do not count towards the qualifying value.
Invoices with an eligible-product value below AED 2,000, inclusive of VAT, are not eligible for any discount under this offer.
Refurbished, open-box, display, ex-demo, and clearance stock is excluded.
The offer is valid on available stock only, while stocks last.
Single invoice and no splitting
The offer applies to one invoice per customer only, for the whole offer period.
Splitting purchases across multiple invoices to reach a higher tier or to receive more than one discount is not permitted, and separate invoices cannot be combined or merged afterwards. Where Sharaf DG identifies a split purchase, it may refuse the discount or reverse any discount already applied.
Combining offers
This offer cannot be combined with Esaad, Fazaa or DG Member offers, Built-in Slab offers, Buyback (trade-in) offers, card-based promotions, price match support or any other instant discount offers. A product that receives any of these offers is excluded from this offer, and the other eligible products on the same invoice continue to qualify.
Where a JBL soundbar is bought under Offer 3, that soundbar is excluded from this offer and its value does not count towards the qualifying invoice value. The TV bought with it can still qualify under this offer.
Loyalty points
DG Card (loyalty) points accrue on the net (discounted) invoice value, not the pre-discount value.
Returns and exchanges
The standard Sharaf DG return and exchange policy applies.
If an item is returned or exchanged and the invoice falls into a lower discount tier, or below AED 2,000, the discount will be recalculated or reversed accordingly, and the difference will be deducted from the refund.
General
The offer is valid from 30 October 2026 to 8 November 2026 (both dates inclusive).
Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this offer, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Any change will not affect invoices already issued.
Sharaf DG’s decision on all matters relating to this offer is final, subject to applicable UAE law.
Offer 2: Buyback (trade-in) – additional AED 500 top-up on freestanding appliances and TVs
Offer period: 30 October 2026 to 8 November 2026 (both dates inclusive)
How it works
Customers who trade in an eligible old appliance or TV while purchasing a qualifying new product receive an additional AED 500 top-up on top of the existing exchange value.
Available at all Sharaf DG stores in the UAE and online at uae.sharafdg.com.
Eligibility
The offer applies to the purchase of new products only, and only when the new product purchased is one of the following:
a television of 85 inches and above;
a refrigerator with a total capacity of 750 litres and above, as stated by the manufacturer; or
a front-load washing machine of 11 kg and above.
Eligible brands: Samsung, LG, TCL, Sony, Hisense, Bosch, Electrolux, Siemens, Super General, Panasonic, Hitachi, Beko, Hoover and Bertazzoni.
The new product must be a freestanding appliance or a TV. Built-in appliances are not eligible.
The AED 500 top-up applies only when the trade-in is accepted by Sharaf DG and assigned an exchange value.
The AED 500 top-up is added to the standard exchange value assessed for the traded-in item. It does not replace it.
The AED 500 top-up applies once per eligible new product purchased, with one trade-in per product.
Trade-in process
The trade-in is processed by Sharaf DG. Customers must follow the trade-in process in-store or through the Northladder trade-in portal. Customers must be the legal owner of the traded-in item and are responsible for backing up and erasing their personal data and signing out of any accounts on it before handover.
The final exchange value is assessed by Sharaf DG and depends on the condition of the traded-in item. Customers are not obliged to accept the assessed value. If they decline it, the trade-in and the AED 500 top-up do not apply.
Exclusions and combining offers
This offer cannot be combined with Esaad or Fazaa offers, instant discount offers (including Offer 1) or Built-in Slab offers. The JBL soundbar discount in Offer 3 applies to the soundbar only and does not affect eligibility for this offer on the TV.
The top-up has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or gift vouchers.
Returns
The standard Sharaf DG return and exchange policy applies to the new product purchased, as modified by the clauses below.
If the new product is returned within 7 days of purchase, the AED 500 top-up will be reversed, and Sharaf DG will return the traded-in item to the customer. If the traded-in item can no longer be returned, Sharaf DG will refund its assessed exchange value instead.
After 7 days, issues with the product are treated as service issues and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not by the return policy. Where Sharaf DG exceptionally accepts a return after this period, it is subject to the standard Sharaf DG restocking fee and terms. The exchange value and the AED 500 top-up will not be refunded, and the traded-in item will not be returned, because they were applied as a discount on the purchase. This does not affect any rights customers have under UAE consumer protection law.
General

Offer 3: Buy any TV and get up to 25% off a JBL soundbar
Offer period: 30 October 2026 to 8 November 2026 (both dates inclusive)
Channel: In-store and online at uae.sharafdg.com.
How it works
Customers who buy any new TV from Sharaf DG can get up to 25% off the regular price of any JBL soundbar.
The TV and the JBL soundbar must be bought on the same invoice.
Eligibility
The offer is valid on the purchase of any new TV from Sharaf DG. Refurbished, open-box, display, and ex-demo TVs are excluded.
The discount applies to all JBL soundbar models. The discount percentage varies by model, up to a maximum of 25% off the regular price, inclusive of VAT. The discount for each model is shown in-store and online at the time of purchase.
The TV and the JBL soundbar must be purchased on the same invoice.
One discounted JBL soundbar can be purchased with each eligible TV. For example, two TVs on one invoice qualify for up to two discounted soundbars.
The offer is subject to stock availability.
Combining offers
The soundbar discount under this offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, corporate discount, Fazaa, Esaad, Buyback, or any other instant discount on the soundbar (including Offer 1). The customer receives either this offer or another instant discount on the soundbar, not both.
Other offers valid on the TV itself, including Offer 1 and Offer 2, may apply, subject to the terms of those offers.
Returns and exchanges
The standard Sharaf DG return and exchange policy applies.
If the TV is returned, the JBL soundbar bought with it must also be returned. Alternatively, the customer may keep the soundbar, and the soundbar discount will be deducted from the refund amount (the soundbar is then charged at its regular price on the date of purchase). Where an invoice includes more than one TV and soundbar, this applies to the soundbar bought with the returned TV.
If only the soundbar is returned, the standard return policy applies to the soundbar, and the customer is refunded the amount paid for it.
