Selectable Zone – Flexible Temperatures for Your Storage Needs
The Selectable Zone feature allows you to customise mode settings based on your storage and lifestyle needs.
Soft Freeze – -1°C to -3°C
Choose the Soft Freeze setting to keep meat and fish fresh at -1 to -3°C; you can easily cook them instantly without the need to defrost.
Drinks – 0°C to 1°C
Running out of space for your drinks? You can now have extra storage space at 0 to 1°C. This mode rapidly cools drinks.
Chill/Meat – 1°C to 2°C
Keep your dairy, meat and dry food in ideal 1 to 2°C in the Chill/Meat setting.
Vegetable – 3°C to 5°C
Select the Vegetable mode of the Selectable Zone and it becomes an area for vegetables at 3 to 5°C.
Surround Air Cooling
The air circulation system blows less direct cold air on the food inside the whole fridge. No Frost cooling system optimizes the cold air distribution inside the refrigerator. Cool air comes from the sides of the sleek designed backwall and surrounds the shelves more equally. Surround Air Cooling keeps the food under a gentle air flow.
Efficient Inverter Compressor
Hitachi refrigerators use an energy-efficient, electronically controlled inverter compressor. The compressor provides powerful cooling and lower noise.
Dual Sensing Control
Hitachi refrigerators have two Eco Thermo-Sensors, one in the freezer compartment and the other in the refrigerator compartment. The sensors detect any temperature changes separately to enable the ideal temperatures to be maintained in each of the compartments at all times.
