Buyback/ Trade-in for Televisions and Appliances with North Ladder:
- Offer valid until June 30, 2024
- Customers can trade in their old televisions or appliances at Sharaf DG during the promotion period.
- Key Features:
- Trade-In Availability: Customers can trade in their old television or appliances at Sharaf DG.
- Exclusions: Purchases made through the marketplace vendors are not eligible for this promotion.
- Eligibility/Availability: Customers who purchase specific products from Sharaf DG, either in-store or online, are eligible to enroll in the promotion within 24 hours of their purchase.
- Promotion Conditions:
- Collection & Recycling: The delivery and installation team will collect the old unit for recycling at the time of delivering the new product purchased from Sharaf DG.
- Confirmation & Cashback Process: After confirming the collection of the old unit, customers will receive an email with a confirmation and a link to initiate the cashback process. This entire activity is expected to take between 24 to 72 hours.
- Trade-In Details Submission: Customers must fill in the details of their new and old products on the Trade-in page
- Verification & Bank Transfer: Once Sharaf DG verifies the information and confirms the collection of the old product, our partner, North Ladder, will contact the customer within four business days to begin the bank transfer for cashback. The bank transfer may take up to 21 working days to reflect in the customer’s account and is subject to the terms and conditions of the bank.
- Combining Offers: Customers may avail other promotions in conjunction with the Trade-in offer.
- Return Policy: The Sharaf DG exchange and return policy will apply.
- Additional Terms:
- a. Customers must share their details within 24 hours to initiate the cashback process.
- b. Customers should check their inbox, junk, and spam folders to ensure receipt of emails for buy back.

Why Repair When You Can Upgrade?

- Get your entire repair cost back on an upgrade: For every AED spent on repairs, you can avail the full repair cost as a discount on your current bill. For example, if your repair cost is AED 500, a minimum purchase of AED 500 x 7 = AED 3500 is needed to avail the entire repair cost as a discount.
- Service reports/estimates: Dated from April to June 2024 must be shared from an authorized service partner.
- QR Code Registration: Customers can scan the QR code to register for a free health checkup of their appliances/television or fill in the required information under the “Why repair when you can upgrade” heading.
- Fill in the required details, upload the signed and stamped service report, and submit the form.
- Gift Voucher Issuance: After verification, a category-specific gift voucher redeemable in-store and online will be issued to the customer.
- Authorized Partners: For store purchases, as mentioned; for online purchases, the report should be provided by the seller and will be considered valid.
Key Features of the Promotion:
- Discount Offer: NA
- Purchase of a minimum 7 times the repair cost is required to avail the full repair cost.
- Exclusions: Customers availing of discounts through this campaign will not be eligible for buy-back.
- Eligible Payment Methods: Gift Voucher (GV) will be received via email and can be availed.
- Promotion Conditions: Service report must be shared for the period dated April to June 2024 from an authorized service partner, signed and stamped.
